Les activités opérationnelles sont du ressort du siège de la fondation à Berne. Il employait, à fin 2020, 20 collaboratrices et collaborateurs (16,1 emplois à temps plein). L’équipe motivée et engagée s’emploie à traduire en actes les objectifs et les tâches.
